Our premier home-based preschool offers exceptional education to children aged 2.5 to 6 years (September to June) and a two-month summer camp. We feature small class sizes for maximum 1-on-1 learning, fun hands-on activities to make learning fun, and a “whole child” curriculum that helps develop your child’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills.

Miss Shilpi Verma

Hi! I'm Miss Shilpi Verma!

With six years of preschool teaching experience in India, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to early childhood education. I'm a mother of two, holding a master's degree in biotechnology and an MBA with first-class honors. Throughout the years, I have worked with children aged 2-10 as a mentor, tutor, and trainer, in various teaching capacities.

In my free time, I enjoy yoga, Reiki healing, meditation, and spending time with my family. I believe that a happy and well-rounded life outside of school enhances my teaching practice.

I envision our preschool as a play-based, theme-focused learning center with a creative curriculum. Your child will learn the fundamentals of reading, writing, math, science, STEM, geography, yoga, breathwork, mantra recitations, arts and crafts, music, dance and movement, social and emotional development, and friendship building—all in a nurturing and loving environment.

My goal is to ensure that your child is kindergarten-ready, advanced in their learning, and has an enriched preschool experience. I am passionate about teaching preschoolers and helping them achieve important milestones, celebrating each new accomplishment along the way. Our classes will be filled with highly energetic activities designed to stimulate both the mind and body, ensuring that your child has fun while learning and growing.

FAQ

  • We have a 10-month school year (Sep.-June 2024) and a 2-month summer camp (July-August). If we have spots available, you can enroll mid-year. Please call us to see if we have any spots available.
  • Preschool classes are for children who are ages 2.5-6 (and "independent almost-3-year-olds") by Sep. 1.
  • No We are pleased to inform you that our program is flexible with potty training. We understand that each child progresses at their own pace, and we are here to support them throughout the process!
  • We follow a “whole child” philosophy where we work with you to improve your child’s Social, Emotional, Cognitive, Language, and Physical skills. Our curriculum takes the best from the Montessori Methods and then adds to them from other approaches based on the very best research in early childhood learning and development. We also incorporate play-based, theme-focused creative curriculum. Your child will learn to socialize, make friends, develop social and emotional skills, and be more than ready for Kindergarten!
  • No. Your registration fee covers all your child’s supplies and reserves a spot in our program.
  • No worries! Several of our students have food intolerances or severe allergies. We provide nut-free, egg-free healthy morning and evening snacks. We ask families to bring their own lunch packs.
  • We cannot offer refunds.
  • We have the smallest class sizes in town so your child gets lots of 1-on-1 time.
